Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GoPilot ("the Service"), operated by GoPilot ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GoPilot provides an API and dashboard for creating, deploying, and managing AI agents. Each agent runs in an isolated microVM with its own compute, storage, and HTTPS endpoint. The Service includes the GoPilot API, web dashboard, agent runtime infrastructure, and related documentation.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use agents for illegal activity, harassment, or generating harmful content
• Circumvent rate limits or usage quotas
• Resell access to the Service without our written consent

5. API Usage & Rate Limits

API usage is subject to rate limits and quotas based on your plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if usage patterns threaten the stability of the Service. You are responsible for all activity under your API keys.

6. Agent Content & Data

You retain ownership of all content you provide to or generate through agents. You are solely responsible for the content your agents produce and the instructions you give them. We do not claim ownership of your data or agent outputs.

7. Billing & Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Overdue accounts may be suspended. Usage beyond your plan's included quotas may incur additional charges as described in the pricing page.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. You can delete your account from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data and agents will be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or use. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
